Andy ...i make you right mate . Man Utd are playing crap yet lead the premiership !! Surely they cannot get any worse ? Having said that , they have to play City and Chelski yet away ! So it aint all over but .........The Gooners are throwing it away .again !! Too many missed chances tonight . One goal would have settled it .

yfred re mess 7 , there is no doubting hes a mega rich guy but i was refaring to his reluctance to keep bank rolling chelsea out of his own pocket . why do you think peter kenyon was got rid off ? do you remember kenyon promising abramovic the club would be self financing in five years after he was apointed CE ?

Chelski's biggest mistake this season was outing Wilkins (aka Uncle Fester). United's run up is littered with

danger, Arsenal could still do it (I wish)....We will see....

guys

as a life long united supporter ,this is my view

this united side is the worst i have seen in 20 years .

more to the point since the premiership was formed with sky money ,this season is the poorest standard of football from them all.

for me arsenal play the best footy at present ,yet are not consistant.

chelsea have behind the scenses issues ,and with putin telling abromavich to fund a stadium for the world cup they aint going to spend like they did.

liverpool will turn it round ,and will beat united in the cup sunday

city are possibly the best bet for the league ,and that cuts me to the bone to say it

kav , the bin dippers wont beat united as they are one of the poorest teams in the prem and sir alex will not do what he did against leeds last year and play a weak team, some one who used to work for him at carrington told me that he said once that beating the scousers was better than sex !

Kvv, do not worry, they will have the mantle if not this year certainly next year and beyond.

Best run club, financially and football wise too. Chelsea and Liverpool are finished, by next year ManU will be in the same position, bunch of aging players that will have to be replaced. They don't have the finance.

You mean the 80 Million they sold Ronaldo for and still 40 million loss declared last year. That makes it 120million loss before the sales. I think you accountants are the same ones Enron used.

If Fergy had 100 million in the bank it wouldn't stay there long. His backhanders will be half of that.

Where on earth did you get the 100 million from? have you seen the accounts for last year?

Well we can't compete with billions from the arabs, but where's the fun in that? It would be cheaper to buy a cup and put it on the mantelpiece surely.

Man City spent a billion and what did they get, 11 men wall in goal against little ol Arsenal boys.

What have we won you say? Best football played, how's that for starters. The rest will come. First Liverpool then Chelsea. It's United next.

Do you remember Leeds?

will we see the bin dippers play to save their manager on sunday ,or how they have under performed since he arrived?

they stick with hodgson ,he is doing a great job lol

arsenal will get money at the end of the season ,cesc is off ....you are only kidding yourself if you think he is committed....i suspect the deal was done last season

Kav,

Re-mess 11 agree with your post.United, this season have been boring to watch. They seem to have lost the flair that has been associated with one of the most successful clubs in Europe.Even when they were relegated in 73/74 season they still played attractive football, but watching them this season has been a real chore,to be honest. What i find amazing is that they are still at the top of the league.

The flair left the club when they lost the services of Tevez and Ronaldo,Rooney is half as good as he was last year. And Valencia is injured.Nani turns it on now and again, but is by no means the finished article. And as for Anderson, well dont get me going on him.And where are the youngsters, the ones that i have seen are very average indeed, not a patch on the Arsenal crop.In fact i would go as far to say that our best youngsters are out on loan to Sunderland and Hull City.

Hope i am wrong but it looks like the first siverware for 36 years for the men from the tripe stadium.

Andy old boy, did you not see his nose grow by 6 inches immediately after, or was he just tenting from excitement. I don't believe it, they declare their accounts annually do they not?

I will check them out to see how much loss they made last year. Off memory it was 40 million in the red after the sale of Ronaldo.

Andy read this report.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-11499023

80 Million Pe-Tax loss declared last year? Where did 100Million in the bank come from? Another loan from the Shiny family? They love to pay themselves millions for consultancy to advise you to borrow money from themselves. This house of cards will impload sooner or later.

And then read this on page 3.

http://www.arsenal.com/assets/_files/documents/sep_10/gun__1285660177_Arsenal_Holdings_plc_Annual_Re.pdf

Profit for last year 56 Million.

Utd have no strength in depth and can't rotate the squad. That will prove telling as the games come thick and fast. City's new signing is the final piece of the jigsaw. Hugely talented squad starting to play as a team in November just as our esteemed manager predicted. Europa League and Premiership double assured. place your bets gents.

i think its 35yrs up to now.paul utd have been playing not up to their standards and chelsea are struggling.we are top of the prem,do you think arsenal have improved any.or is it that we are playing bad.the wastelands club, have they improved that much,or is it again down to the other teams not playing so well.im not sure myself arsenal always play attractive football so have they improved any.the wastelands club is in a higher position then normal but are they a better team.tevez is world class, but the money they have spent in 2 seasons and the players they have got are no better then any of the top 4 teams.cant make me mind up mate, just hope utd dont hit form and the season will go on longer for the abu.

c u soon gaz

No i put it down to the fact that any team from the bottom could beat any team from the top.Its the tightest title race for years.United have been pants this season but are still top.Look after yourself mate.
