We are two mature Swedes, 50-years old, who is looking for a bungalow that we can rent for a minimum of 2-3 years. We want to try the life in North Cyprus before we buy our own property.



It should be 3-4 bedrooms, breathtaking ocean views, modern house without problems. We like if it's a good, large garden with a lot of fruit and no close neighbors. We will employ a garderner. The house must have a pool.



If the owner wishes to sell the house when we tried to live here is welcome, but not required.
