Wanted Bungalow or Villa To Rent East of Girne

Hi All,

My Wife and I are looking to rent a property with a pool and garden. A bungalow is preferable but will consider a villa. (Not Apartments).

This will be on a long term basis, Idealy it should be in the areas of Dogankoy, Karakum, Ozankoy, Catalkoy.

Property, Pool and Garden will be maintained to a very high standard, this should be taken into consideration and reflected in the rental price.

We are non smokers and can supply if requested references with regards to our honesty and integrity.

Hi we have a brand new property at Hz Omer Catalkoy which we are just about to furnish the end of this month,it is detached 3 bedroomed views of sea and mountains,round longe feature with hugh high ceiling.We are having the garden landscaped,we have no pool though,although close to the water park up the road,also supermarket pub restaurants etc,Kyrenia close by,not sure about rent yet but looking for a long let to the right people,if interested please let me know and we can take this further,if not thats fine.Louise

I have a lovely detached bungalow with pool. Its 2 bedrooms and is beautifully maintained. I could let it go for £250 permonth. It is in Essentepe which is 20 mins drive east of catalkoy. Let me know if this sounds good to you.

We had a look around your property today and thought it was very nice, it is also good value for money, unfortunately it is to far out for us, as we prefer to be a little closer to Girne, anyway good luck, hope you find a tenant I'm sure you will.
