| I have tried all of the above. the same remote works other AC units on the ajoining rooms !! |

| We had the same problem had to call a guy in and it needed to be - regassed - serviced - one needed a part put in it all working fine now. |

| What brand is your a/c? It may be the indoor unit PCB which fails in certain brands. |

| Thanks HildySmith maybe it does need to be regassed TRNCVaughan. the make fails me at present I think it is Turkish begins with an A !!! |

| If its low on gas, that will not stop it working. I suspect the problem could be the fuse in the spur box, or the circuit breaker in your main board. The c/breakers sometimes get weak and trip, also if its an older style unit ( not fitted with an inverter) it should have a circuit breaker, I think with a prefix M to allow the start load of the compressor motor starting. But Vaughans your man. |
