that you can build a house out steel and insulated walls at a reasonable price better the cement and concrete houses..that keep on cracking and falling to bits.

its not really a kit home, the builder comes and meausers the type of property you are interested or if you have a design of your own then he prices.. looking around 750tl per square metre. Includes:

foundation

tiles

kitchen cupboards

plumbing

electricks

fully completed not including connections to mains

will the roof below take the weight or did you have to re-inforce it.worked on many sites in england with timber frames,another option and probaly less monies.like the idea though and good luck.

Its a great way to add additional rooms to an existing build, the cost of building in the standard materials here can be very exspensive and if poorly constructed can lead to many different problems later on... Its noce to see some people making changes, trying and maybe we can all learn from it... well done Serks...

thanks guys... pic will come as the construction continues. didnt have to reinforce the roof below cause originally the foundation and roof was constructed for 2 levels on top.. i will post some pics later on finished projects that the builder has completed last week..

LUVLY JUBLY. doin same thing. neighbour did as well. saw his done. better lookin than boring cloned concrete buildings. few done near that new roundabout/road, alsancak way. owner sellin separately for a packet! why not?

Can you be more specific about where abouts in Alsancak? Do you mean near the roundabout at the end of the by-pass? Do you mean the plastic coated ones constructed by Anadolu Construction?

internal doors are american press doors, various designs to choose from and main door is swiss panel doors the quality stuff solid panel doors.
