Looking for long term rental (At least 2 years)

I am looking for a long term rental for a minimum of 2 years. Atleast 2 bedrooms with white goods (Fridge/Freezer, oven, hob, washing machine ) only. Budget max. £300.



I have 2 cats that are extremely clean with upto date vetenary reports although they generraly stay outside.

I have a lovely detached bungalow with pool. Its 2 bedrooms and is beautifully maintained. I could let it go for £250 permonth. It is in Essentepe which is 20 mins drive east of catalkoy. Let me know if this sounds good to you.

@ Roachie... does sound good but may be a little out of my way. Could I view the property? and could you confirm that you are able to provide whitegoods and whether the rent would cover the maintenance of the pool or would you require a separate fee for that?
