On another board, better known for the confiscation of "young Ismail", anarchy reigns. Someone illegally uses my portrait picture and my nickname DutchCrusader to write messages. Screenshot in my possession. I feel obliged to state here that it is NOT me on that board.

A couple of weeks ago I have sent the Board Manager an email, including the reasons, that I wouldn't have anything to do with that (his) board anymore - I helped him, the board manager, moderate the board, until I decided that the content of his board suddenly became despicable, offensive and below the standards of decent behaviour.

So, enjoy it there if you so wish to do so, but don't feel offended by me - it's NOT me writing there.

Now if I decided to be petty I could point out that about the only thing that Hans is being honest about is his own preferences.



I believe his reference to the confiscation of young Ismail is a pathetic attempt at his belief that I have tried to use Ismail to improve my boards standards and membership, if I wanted to do that I would make it necessary to join my board in order to see the details, you don't.



He was given an admin position on my board as a means to be able to post his Cyprus information and photographs and not to moderate, I hoped that having the ability to moderate might make him calm down with his self importance but it did not, he over stepped the bounds and I am glad to say that he resigned because he didn't like the board, he neglects to mention he has tried to join 3 times since resigning.

If you have this evidence, which is useless as far as I can tell then show it, you have no issues doing it for everything else, why do you only talk about it now.

As I said, you are honest about it being below what you think is decent behavior, so be it, every one has there own choice, the big difference is that on my board we treat people as adults and don't need to chastise them for being offensive, if you wish to disagree with a statement that is up to you, if you wish to ignore it, that is the same, if you wish to remove yourself from the forum then that will also be done for you however, you don't get to be removed, screw up other peoples settings because you have the ability and then whinge about hearsay and false statements on another board just to feel more sanctimonious about yourself and at the same time attempt to rejoin, if that is not you I will again delete you, I was asked to leave you on by members who had hoped you might explain your selfish actions and accusations of late but I will remove you.

This will no doubt be deleted and closed which I believe should have been done all ready, there is no need for it

Hans, I will take a leaf out of your book and publish what you intended to be a private piece of information on a public board, I am sure you will like it even less than I and my members do, your demands mean almost as little to me as they would to Simple Machines Forum, the people who you threaten to contact about someone using copyrighted photographs of you on my forum, if you bothered to read the post above in your own accusation thread you will see that I have all ready decided to delete the imposter, there was no need for any threats and I can assure you I will not respond to them.

If you want me to comply with something, ask me. If you wish me to be neutral towards you then stop aggravating the situation on here with unfounded accusations about my forum and its members, we enjoy our nightly chats and they rarely even mention you, if others wish to find out they just have to join and decide if they wish to stay or leave, you however are not welcome.

I neglected to mention that SMF do not accept any liability or responsibility to what there software is used for, the first step is to contact the board moderators, you didn't, you then contact the board owner, you didn't contact, you demanded and I am such a childish person I could easily tell you to take a hike, after that you contact the site owners and you have to prove to them that someone uploaded a photo that you have deemed not allowed to be copied and re-used, unfortunately you voluntarily placed it in cyberspace where anyone can copy it. You all ready now all of this Hans and I am sure that you realise I also know it so what was your point, just to prove to me that I have a member who is copying and distributing information from a closed site which does contravene copyright laws and as you have now sent me a mail with this attached I could have you brought before the legal system for accepting and distributing such material knowing that is is from a private sight.

I strongly suggested you start behaving like the intelligent person you claim to be Hans, read the first line of your first post on this very thread and then re-read your comment above about no need. I have tried to stay out of what is happening with you and my members but you have brought me into it and threatened me with illegally obtained information.

You are to be deleted from my forum yet again, I suggest you concentrate on whoever it is that believes you are worth the effort of pretending to be and stay away from me.

If you mention having copies of information from my forum which I will repeat is a private forum, not public and openly available as this one is, I will contact legal representation and move forward with it, please inform your spy about this as well.

You don't have a leg to stand on legally and you know it, after sending me by mail a copy of private information from my forum you have committed a cyber crime, think about it please.

Paul, one for you. Despite asking you to delete the membership that someone unknown had set up masquerading as me (which you did do) you have decided to let it happen again. But this time you have allowed someone (I know the culprit) to join the board as me and also post my photo with the intent of causing trouble between this alter ego and other members of Cyprus44..
