| If you are getting regular calls to the phone from a particular user it would pay them to either sign up to a low cost provider or use a prefix code. This will bring the pricedown to something like 7p min for them. |

| I took my Turkcell mobile to Turkey having put 400 units on it for emergency use. I received an incoming call from a mobile in UK and after about 3 minutes the conversation was interrupted by an announcement that the call was to be terminated as my units were totally depleted, and they were. I suppose it depends on where you are with the mobile and what type and where incoming calls come from ? |

| Maybe. It was a land line call from the uk to my mobile in the trnc Msg 4. |
