I have two younger sisters who go to ESK and have a lot of experience with children of all ages.

10 TL is too much, we will continue to use the current one as well as we always could find babysitters ourself. Normal rate is 6 to 7 TL per hour. No need for anybody to skim the cream

Friends of ours here in Famagusta pay 5 TL per hour up to midnight, 6 TL after midnight; the girl comes to their house.

10 TL?? Having a laugh aren't you??
