| Ach, wie schön! It is always so touching to see the first sigh of the coming spring – my favourite season of the year – when the slopes of the mountains, the valleys and olive groves are covered with a profusion of yellow oxalis and anemones, forming the most exquisite and beautiful carpets! Looking forward to do some serious photography this spring. |

| Staying on this nice topic, could anyone please recommend a book on the flora of Cyprus that one can buy here? I would like it to be rather comprehensive, covering not only flowers or wild flowers but trees, shrubs, and grasses. Thank you. |

| Our garden is starting to look wonderful with this beautiful ground cover, if it were not so damp and muddy I would even consider laying, and lapping up the sunshine amongst it all ) It wont be long before the hot weather gets here and we see nothing but dry unattractive grounds again, This year I hope to get the perfect photograph with all the poppies too.
