ps : the apartment or house must be furnished. we dont need a newly built building. so long as it is furnished will do and if the price is suitable.

I know you are looking in Girne or the west side but I do have a lovely 3 bedroom furnished apoartment on a wonderful development which is idea for families with young children as its very safe with communal pool. playground etc It is in Catalkoy. It is being marketed at £350.00 but I am pretty sure I can get it for £325.00 including maintenance charges. Please see the link below.
