Commuting to work North-South and South-North

Hi,



Can anyone please tell me is it possible to commute through the border crossings on a daily basis if you live in the north of the island, what is involved and what are the dangers if any?? Could you also tell me where are the best tourist spots with the best beaches North and South (busiest places).

Thanks I would need to take a laptop and camera with me would that be a problem (profesional equipment)

Taking a laptop and camera over the border is not likely to cause any problems. Have done it frequently and, on the rare occasions that we are stopped by Greek customs, they have never shown any interest at all in such items. Can't imagine it would be a problem coming back the other way but haven't been stopped by TC customs for about 2 years now so can't guarantee this.
