hi i'm british and i was donated by my cypriot mother this Land in karsiyaka...894m2

since i live in the south i have no use of the land and would like to sell it!my title deed is recognised by the eu and the trnc title deed is void!in other words this land makes it clearly a SAFE one!a lot of cypriots will be coming for their lands sooner or later...this is a hassle you don't want!

as i was saying the land is 894 m2 near the centre of the village...3 houses can be build on it!

i don't have a price tag on it but i will accept the highest bidder ofcourse!thank you for your time

you people are so misinformed...the orams case..took five years,orams lost nearly 2mil for a small plot...you know why??because the deed was a pre 74!the bubbles don't want to move back in their homes...now they see as a big opportunity to sue anyone living on their lands!the deeds issued by TRNC are not recognised anywhere...oh sorry except Turkey!i don't need cleenex but sooner or later a lot of ex pats will!
