To prevent really old threads being resurrected, (happens a lot of late) once the latest post is over 12 months old... make the thread 'closed'....

Anyone wanting to revive the subject matter must make a new thread.

The old thread is still their for reference but can't be added to...

It's quite a simple programming change.

A further improvement would be to make it easier to get your photo posted ! I have tried numerous times but still no photo has been posted and I've sent many to "info@cyprus44.com " as directed. What's going wrong?

Thanks for the replies. It just proves my point that this problem of sending in photos needs improving. We may well then get far more posts with the senders photo being shown. I have done as suggested and sent AGAIN !

Thanks for the suggestion.



Refering to this as "quite a simple programming" was a challange and took me 15 mins to implement and test



Now, threads that are more than 90 days old, cannot be replied too.
