I know it has been covered in previous threads ~ has anyone transited through this aiport RECENTLEY. I am flying in with Mr Easy from Luton , then on to Ercan with Pegasus. Normally if the two flights are with the same carrier one stays airside and your hold baggage stays in the system.

I fear that I am going to have to claim my baggage tranist custom/immigration and cop for a £10 visa.

Coming back I hope the visa is open valid, or does one get caught again for a visa.

It does not look as if this exercise is going to be as cheap as one thought!

Any knowledge first hand or otherwise would be appreciated.

You are 100% correct on arrival from Luto you have to get a visa then on the ercan to Istanbul flight you do not need another visa your existing one is valid.

I did this route last year.

Dave Msg 1- the Turkish visa is valid for 90 days (Dermici Msg 3 three months might not be 90 days). You can enter or exit Turkey as often as you like in those 90 days.
