| Hi Mike, Cowen has NOT resigned. His challenger Michael Martin has resigned as Foreign Minister as expected if you vote no confidence in the Taoiseach (Prime Minister). It is all moot anyway as we will have a new Govt. by April and Cowen will be forced tostand down as party leader then. DD |
