The counter on my web site (re: free wills) confirms: the will has been downloaded now 983 times! And three downloaders even bothered to send me an email with "Thank you!".

▶ Sorry, Deniz1, I have no idea what the message means. Maybe someone with a PC recognises this message and can tell you more about this problem - I (Mac user) never heard it before from one of the downloaders. Anyway: you don't have to pay anything.

1008 downloads of the free, blank "will form" when I got home from another visit to St Hilarion and my Cypriot Turk friend Mustapha T., the official guide, there. High time to break up this service to the British community - Deniz1 will be the last one to get the password and then all the free downloading and sending the free password will be over.

I hope that reading the will by heirs will take some time for all downloaders...

Home Buyers Pressure group have Will template on their web site. Very clear, very easy, and absolutely acceptable to the registrar. I know - I was unfortunate enough to have a death certificate to deal with

I made my own will some years ago and I'm not sure if the procedure is still the same in 2011. Is there a reader of this thread who did it recently and will be kind enough to tell us here or in mail to me [ hansdoeleman@allcrusades.com ] what and where to do after filling in the form?

I'll put the information on a web page so it'll be easy to find if others need the info. Thank you.

I should have also said above that when we did ours last year we did not require a envelope.

Thanks, cooper. However, we all know how legal requirements in TRNC can change from day to day and the information on the web page you provided was last updated 26 May 2010.

Maybe someone who did his will recently can check whether the info on [ http://www.hbpg-trnc.net/documents/Will.html ] is still up to date?
