Can anyone recommend a good quality textured weatherproof masonry paint for external use that will last for more than 1-2 years? Is it available in the North, if so where?

Dufa brand paint. Used it four years ago and still doesn't need re doing.

Speaking as a decorator I wonder why you want to use textured paint. If you have damaged areas on your already textured walls then repair the area and blend in with textured paint. Then I would give it two coats of smooth masonry paint to finish. Pop into Marshall's, I have just used exterior paint at 175 lira for 15 ltrs. Good coverage and will last a good few years. Be guided by the man in Marshalls as which type to use, depending on your type of house. Hope this helps. Phil.
