O.K Granddads how do you feel after an evening of dancing, do you feel knackered, suffer with knee and back problems and dose the next morning make you feel that it may well soon be time for that Zimmer frame. I know that this grandmother is happy to shake her butt to all that good old Soul Music, just cant help myself, but have known a few time when all I can manage is one dance then have to sit a few out..



Are you enjoying you zest for nights out dancing the older your getting, and can the wife keep up with you
