Well thats a hell of a lot of burgers. This is ours. First flour, two eggs, mix with the mince, add garlic, onions parsley breadcrumbs,we add caynee pepper. add salt and pepper to taste. Mix with your hands, squeeze and mould to the size and shape you wish . Enjoy. We serve with a bun , burger topped with chese if required. gerkins lettuice toms. sauce of course if customers wish. Usually we make a 10 oz one with chips.I suggest make what you need and freeze the rest as mince is so verisatile . Happy eating. Google has many more you can try as the BBC food does x

We were given a recpite for burgers by some close friends Mix the burger with the dried packet oinon soup, this binds them together and they taste great. Put the mince in a bowl add the 2 Pkt of soup, and mix together with your hands, make hand size balls, then flatten out, stack on top of each other with a piece of grease proof paper between each buger and freeze or if you want to eat just BBQ or grill. Good Luck PS rule of thumb 2 Packs of soup to 1KG of Mince

Always grate rather than finely chop onions when used in burger mix. Richard
