I've phoned 6111022 several times to enquire if our Residency applications are ready, but so far, cannot get through. Are they perhaps already taking Industrial Action? Or have I got the wrong number?

Warbabies - if its more than 3 weeks since you did it at the Police Station it should def be there, at this time of the year they dont seem so busy!! I gave it 3, though the Police said 2 weeks, and no probs didnt bother to ring.
