Nethouse in Karsiyaka Right

I signed up with nethouse for 1 year, ( big mistake.)

On signing contract they assured me that their coverage in Karsiyaka was excellent and that a 2mb speed would be no problem, Rubbish.

For the past 11 months i have had engineers round regularly, these engineers first said it was my router at fault, i bought new router then was told mast on celebrity was at fault, then my receiver needed updating only to be told new motorola equipment does not work in Karsiyaka, Why do you not respond to my Emails with speed tests, why do i get cut off when i try ringing customer services your 2011 slogan always connected, rubbish most of this weekend no internet, always faster rubbish again i pay for 2mb tell me when will i actually get this.

After 2 days of phoning and getting cut off by their automated system, Emailing i finally spoke to somebody only to be told wrong department. they would ring back

In Dec told i was priority for new equipment, Nethouse please respond i need my 2mb

Blimey, I live in Karsiyaka and was thinking of switching to NetHouse. Glad I did not. I use Extend and am always having problems with that. Always cutting out. Crap really for what we pay.

I live on Lapta/Karsiyaka border and have few problems with nethouse.

I also live in Karsiyaka and for two years and more I have had virtually no problems at all. Been with others and there is no comparison, Just signed up for another 18 months with Nethouse.

You say you have just signed up for 18 months, as this is not one of their usual packages, did they give you 6 months free for renewing with them? If so, where did you renew your contract?

Nethouse were doing a promotion just prior to Christmas, it was sign up for 1 year, get 6 months free.
