Feel Good Fitness Day - It's Time To Feel Good!

Sunday 27th February at Cheshire Home, Kyrenia Rehabilitation Centre.



3 Fun Fitness Classes -

'Zumba Fitness' - Ditch the Workout, join the party! The new fitness craze thats taken the world by storm!

'Salsacise' - Exciting fitness class aerobic salsa!

'BodyTone' - Best Exercises to tone the whole body!



10tl per class.

Limited places, all registrations must be booked and paid for prior to event date.

1oam - Zumba ( class 1 )

11am - Salsacise

12pm - Zumba ( class 2 )

1pm - Bodytone

2pm - Zumba ( class 3 )

Please note each Zumba class will be different.
