an apartment just right in the city center - next to Barbaros market, this street seems too be very popular now and loud-not much comfort for living, but good for business, that is why i am selling my 3 Bedroom apartment for 60 000 GBP. i am open to reasonable offers.



the apartment is on second floor, facing balcony main street. ground floor is occupied by beauty center, there are shops and cafes on this street and 2 office buildings build next to the building where is my apartment.



i am looking for quick sale, if not i will rent it out.



as i did befor, for 450 GBP per month + bills
