| Zcv appears when I press c on my keyboard also when shift is pressed many things open I have tried system restore. no joy. also tried uninstalling keyboard software and reinstalling it. no joy. Help please |

| Is it a laptop? If so borrow a keyboard and plug it in to see if it's a keyboard malfunction. If a desktop take your keyboard to another PC and check it out. Either way it should determine if the keyboard is the source of the problem. |

| it is a desktop have plugged it in to neighbours pc all ok / plugged theirs in mine all ok ! |

| Go to China Bazzar - buy a new keyboard - chuck the other one in the skip, problem solved! Life is too short to worry on small hardware problems unless you are a seeker of truth and wisdom - lol. |

| Steve Apparently there was a problem last year with Windows OS and some PS2 driven keyboards (mainly laptops). Two areas to check are: the Ease of access settings - try removing all settings (uncheck any boxes relating to light keystrokes). Check the release number of your ps2 drivers, you want the very latest version from either Microsoft or the keyboard manufacturer's site. Failing this try using a USB keyboard, these were not affected. Best of luck |

| USB keyboard works ok tried uninstalling wireless keyboard software and cleaning then restart and install wireless keyboard software again. still no joy.......GRRRRRRRRRRRR |

| unplug all from computer drive round for a couple of hours with computer in car plug all in again problem solved ! |
