Does anyone know anything about the block of 4-5 flats built behind (one street over)HSBC close to the sea, they are located at the end of Metin Sulus Sokak, before you turn right.

They look like they are almost finished.

Yes they are being built by Ofton Construction. We own an Ersoy penthouse nextdoor. Don't hold your breath for them being finished though as they have been building them for about 5 years. Activity has increased lately so who knows? There are actually 7 blocks, 6 blocks of 8 apartments (yes 8!) and one block of 6.
