We have 3 days to find this 8 year old full Pedigree rough Collie (Lassie dog) a new home. She is a house dog only and loves cats and children.

She can't go back to the UK and will have to be put down on Wednesday if nobody will rehome her.

Please, please open your hearts for this beautiful dog before it's too late.

Please phone: 0533 824 6358

Hi Twinks I have just posted on the original post from Tom I really do hope somebody comes forward if we were out there we would not hesitate in taking her on but unfortunately the housing market in the UK is at a standstill and we cannot move until the house is sold.

Thanks for that Bob. It is a very worrying time for poor Tom. Missy is such a wonderful dog I just wish someone would take her into their hearts and home!

This is just so sad. They are wonderful dogs, and so loyal. I really hope someone comes forward soon and is able to give Missy a loving home.

My son had his dog taken to Australia when they emigrated, it cost less than the £4000 being quoted here and he survived the trip well.It is disgusting that anyone should consider having their pet put to sleep in this way, and which vet is going to do it , humanely.

Can't blame the vet - no vet would want to think of an animal being left on the streets - so it is the only humane option, if the people who have the animal are leaving TRNC

Re msg 15 this dog is not the dog referred to here the owner of Missy is of the opinion that she would not survive the 6mths quarantine.
