Once Torres goes - if he does - watch the rest of the transfers that follow. 1 person, then how many on the back of that. Jock1 - totally crazy. Meanwhile Dundee FC are in the proverbial for around 500,000!!

Does anyone know how many of these premiership clubs are actually liquid. Wolves are of course, but seriously - now the banks have tightened up, are many of the big teams too far in debt that the banks cannot afford to let them go? The last price I heard for a new stadium for Liverpool was 400m (I tendered it) if thats the case and that would be classed as an asset, given salaries and transfers, the balance sheet cannot be in good shape.

I cant honestly see Liverpool realising their dream of a new stadium, when the local council has to reduce spends by £140 million.Everton wont ground share so it looks like they (Liverpool) will be staying put, Paul.
