We've stayed at the Highlife in 2006 & 2007. It is a little out of the way but we didn't find it a problem. The family that run it are lovely, as are the staff , they really can't do enough for you. The food is good. It's a quite hotel with no children but that suits us. This year we thought we would have a change so stayed at the Almond, which was nice enough but too many people and children for my taste, so we regret not going back to the highlife.

Agree with comments above about quality.



It is a good 20 minutes walk into central Girne, actually quite pleasant early evening and ideal for walking that good dinner off on way back. Means you can have a drink too.

Friend has a home nr to the hotel, and say's its only about 40- 45 mins from the airport.

take some tea bags, the ones supplied in the room are not free, they are 2.5ytl each!

Thanks i think it sounds ideal esp the quiet bit with no children think ill be booking it very soon
