Any one have any suggestions why I am no longer able to watch UK tv via ex-pat shield, have they blocked it or is there a problem at the moment?

Been a problem with expat shield for a few days now - at least we have had one. Cant connect

Don't know if this is related to 'my expat net' which I use but when I had a problem like this I reloaded and all was well.
