lets do an exchange with my apt in central kyrenia(130sqm,3+1 with both sea and mountain view) with full title deeds-excellent rental potential etc.. and i will pay the difference.



The reason that i am looking to exchange is because i have two young kids and we would like a bit of gaden space for them to play etc..
