Sydney Construction has one of the best reputations on the Island. His office is based is Karakum. He will take you around his sites and show you the quality of workmanship.



We had a beautiful Villa built in Catalkoy by Zafer (owner of Sydney Construction) no problems at all, Finished to a very high spec.



After care is first class.........

Like msg 3, we used Sydney construction and would choose to use them again should we ever have another property built.

PTP was sorted by builder and came through before final payment.

Title deeds transferred from builder after final payment.

Payment terms were 25% deposit and balance on completion (subject to snagging being completed).

Ozyalcin good... Lets be realistic, we own several penthouses with damp problems... Patara looks good on the outside but he cant even issue a deed!!! Plus oguz his the rudest person i ever meet.... Can send pictures to prove the bad quality...

stevo. I'm also talking from personal experience. Oguz and Pelin are amongst the most politest people I've met in cyprus. As far as deeds go - we got ours with no problem.

tanyell constuction great company did all for us got deeds no problems and delivered early now four yrs on and no damp no problems but they are based in yeni erencoy

I would strongly recommend Donegal Developments whose office is in Karakum by The Courtyard.Very high standard of work,finished on time and a competative price.

If I had to choose it would be Donegal Developments....But remember,the quality of build is very much dependant on the materials available....Her in the TRNC the choice of various "quality "materials is limited to say the very least.............And consequently reflected in the overall quality................IMHO

I would highly recommend Donegal Developments, they are 100% trustworthy. I was recommended to them by a friend who had a house built by them in the UK and their reputation is why I bought in Northern Cyprus. They are a professional company and their work is finished to a high standard and completed on time.
