Hi.

In November of last year Kibtek replaced our meter with a digital meter.



To-date we have yet to receive a bill!!



I have visited the main office in Girne on 3 occassions to be told the digital meter has not been registered yet so they are unable to produce a bill.We are now in our 4th month without a bill and are concerned about none payment.



Would really appreciate any advice.

I took an old bill in to Kibtek and put enough money on account to cover any problem. Better than paying interest later.

All you need is to produce your account number or an old bill. Hope this helps !!

We have done this on two occassions without any success.

IT MUST BE A WORLD INDUSTRY NORM

My Uk meter was changed and guess what I change supplier eight months later and get a bill for £800 underpayment

Four weeks later they are still trying to sort it out it wouldn't be so bad if the meter change people had been different to the supplier both being Eon

The staff at Eon are useless they can't even work out the figures can they are not given the tools to do so management failure again consumer is the victims again

We had digital meters fitted last year. Yes we have sorted out paying without an up to date Bill just by using as I said an old Bill and account number. Hope this helps !!

Just wave your money in front of the cashier in Kibtek, it will be highly unusual for a government office to refuse money in TRNC !! LOL.

Does anyone know how to read a digital meter-I can read the meter then work out the cost and pay accordingly?

I got an bill 9 months after installation!!!!



not nice lol go take your old one before it tallies up!!!
