Our biggest problem was finding the building.I believe in a previous life our car must have been a bumper/dodgem car. It insists on going round in circles and ending up in the same place.

We finally found the building after doing several laps of what seemed like the whole of the city. 11.30 ish

Confronted with a corridor of closed doors,do we dare to open one and enquire?

How fortunate were we to meet a charming young man who seeing our bemused faces asked what we were looking for.

Having explained our mission he led us from one room to another explaining in Turkish to the officials. We were processed and done by 12.15. Thankyou young man!!!

Footnote.After travelling from Esentepe and doing three laps of the city we were both desperate to use the facilites. Followed the signs saying W.C.

Be warned don't go down that route!! Cross your legs and leave !!

I've written messages about available, free maps to this or that (official) building at least or even more than a dozen times.

But it didn't and doesn't help.

If you had searched this C44 forum for "immigration office map" or similar words (in the Google Custom Search window at the top) you would have found your route at once.

It would have saved you a lot of time - you wouldn't have had to use the local W.C.
