Much to my surprise Johnston's all sorts managed to win. I have to eat my words, England played well and executed the moves much better than Wales did. As you may have noticed in the past Hippo a fan of that bully Johnston he is not, but last night it seemed to work. For Wales despite the crowd being behind them for most of the game just were not good enough on the night. A inexcusable missed tackle let Ashton in for the first try and coupled with Toby Floods pin point kicking Wales were under the cosh. I thought Wales lost it in the both the loose and the tight their inability to give clean ball from the set piece and their conceding of turnover ball meant that England's defence were in their face from the start. In my opinion they kicked away to much ball, basically they punted in right down England's throats. Their last quarter changes made a great difference particularly Lee Byrne but on the night England were the better team. On a somber note the booing of JW was football l

Whether England are good enough to go the whole nine yards, we will have to see i still think Ireland may pull something out of the bag and the French are never to be underestimated. For our Scottish friends just lets say it is a team in the building. The thing i didnt like was the time they chose 10 pm is well past the Hippo's normal bedtime its a poor show when Murdoch can dominate our sport to that degree. So in conclusion Johnston lives to fight another day much to my disgust and Wales the bridesmaid again. Now 8 games without a win.

Hipps Wales were playing football not rugby. I think some one should have told them before hand which game they were expected to play.

Thought the ref should have put his red shirt on last night. If Wales cannot win in there own backyard with 15 men & the ref they have no chance on the road. There only victory will possible come against Italy and they are no pushover Good to see Northampton players involved. Jim Mallinger has done a fantastic job at the Saints & the experience Chris Ashton got in rugby league showed tonight with his support play. Wales you were once Great but not anymore,Get rid of Gatland he is dragging you down.
