We have a swimming pool which is all one depth - 1 and a half metres. Is there anyway we can put in steps for easy access without actually emptying the pool and concreting them in? At the minute there is a ladder into the pool.

Emptying your pool and putting in diagonal corner steps is probably your only option. Everything else is stainless steel ladders, etc.

As benoppy says you could cast the stairs in reinforced concrete tile them and crane them into the pool better off emptying and casting in the pool .
