Builders used that house from july to October as a holiday house and ran the pool 24/7 and had air-comn on, etc. And I guess these new people who think they know it all did go to Kofali and tell them to clear that metre. Anyone out there give me any advice before 15th feb

Val have you talked to Kofali about this? We bought from Kofali 3 years ago,like your neighbours house,Ali and family had been using our bungalow at weekends,holidays etc.When we moved in we took electricity and water bills, for useage prior to our moving in,to Mehmet and they settled them for us ,no problems at all.
