I have always found Pegasus very good to do business with. Once when paying by credit card they did charge me twice for the same flight but once i made contact with them they soon put their error right.

I think if you can get someone to put it in Turkish they will respond quickly

i needed confirmation of not flying asked twice in English on their web site no response

asked in Turkish reply in English within 48 hours so no complaints just a language barrier

We are also having problems with them,we pre booked our seats and payed extra for them when we got to the airport they had given our seats to someone else!!! we have tried going to the office no luck tried calling,and left 3emails to no responce? i would be very greatful if you could tell me the correct telephone number or email address as i need a refund.thankyou very much in advance vivienne

I'm sorry some of you are having problems with Pegasus. Like Cooper, we have flown with them lots of times and, so far, so good, had no problems at all.



Hope you get them resolved.

Mess 8 - yes, that is exactly what happened to us. What bugged me is that the transit desk at SB printed our boarding cards for us with the correct numbers, then we boarded to find a turkish family in our seats.

The cabin crew checked our boarding cards, but would not ask the turks to show theirs.

We were made to wait until everyone was on board to find some seats.

I have sent 2 emails so far, both of which have been read, but no response. Just the usual shrug, I suppose.

I wouldn't have minded so much if we hadn't paid for the seats.

Not much chance of that Jeannie. I expect it's the Suffolk accent that helps!

Next time we will fly to Larnaca, and avoid the transit stupidity at SB.

Phil - I do think the problem you and rikiviv had regarding your seat allocation is dreadful. I'm sure that a lot of us have seen the "favouritism" showed to some passengers over others, but I can't understand why the passengers in your seats were not asked to show their boarding cards?



Sadly, the Suffolk accent has nothing to do with it - I was born and bred in London The only dealings we have ever had with Pegasus have been in cyberspace, so no "real" conversations have ever taken place.

Like cooper we were charged twice for a flight, but were refunded within days of speaking to them. Have not had any problems otherwise.

They were TC - simple.

Have a nice day in Suffolk, we have friends flying to see us for the weekend, gotta take them to see Munich.

Which is nothing to do with Pegasus, but we really are looking forward to it.

hi thank you for the London number, we tried calling the number at the top of our e-tickets, it was a Turkish number, the guy on the phone told us to send the complaint to an email address, after trying this the email bounced back to us to inform us that the email address did not exist, hmm maybe he wanted an early night and the last thing he wanted was us on the phone troubling him.



We actually got told by the lady at the check in desk in Stansted that this happens quite regularly with Pegasus, we tried talking to the office in Girne and lo and behold they could do nothing due to the fact that they are only agents, we got fobbed off by the guy at the Pegasus desk in Ercan as well, so I guess the London number will be our last resort, I would not mind but we have pre-booked and paid for another 3 flights this year with reserved seats, I guess the term don`t hold your breath applies here.

Rickie Msg 17 Para 2 - I think the staff at Ercan are not Pegasus employees but from the Agency that you would have visited in Girne (CYXP) so would have had the same problem as girne or Nicosia staff.

Thanks, yes that definitely makes sense, I wonder why it seems so difficult to contact them with any problems, but very easy to contact them to spend money, any way no real complaints as such just the principle and the frustration of trying to find a real contact number or email address that might actually be responded to, I wonder if you have any email address that we can write?

Tom, mess 16. We were flying from Munich to Ercan. There is now a transit desk at SAW, but it is ruined by having to depend upon the whim of a policeman who has to come and let you through a door next to the transit desk into departures. There was another thread on the subject. Because of this silly delay, we were very lucky to get the Ercan flight, and someone else posted to say that they waited 89 minutes for the guy to let them through, and missed their connecting flight!

We must have been lucky, we only waited 50 minutes for the idiot!
