'We have video records of them. They need to be submitted to the court.' Great! Even in Egypt such a 'management' style is no longer acceptable.

I thought the present Turkish democratic voting system of 10% Dam with re-distributing the votes below to the top two was unusual, but this idea that Erouglu should take action against demonstrators is a form of democracy I am not familiar with. I always thought that the Turks were great innovators but this takes biskotto. Perhaps he can come and attend one of these demonstrations to see how democracy works and explain it to us. He may then learn a few new words like towel head, turkallo, gaco and a few others I wont mention like Pu**dis and pezz***ngis. It looks like the TCs will have to entice 50000 into the streets in order to get through Erdo's ear wax. Although those who have seen the musical bombay nights will atest to the fact that removal of the balls has the same affect.

And we know How proud the Lurucadis, don't we yorgozlu. I remeber in the early 80's when it was not safe to even mention that you belong to CTP without serious risk, so the young Lurucadis used to go for long walks to avoid bugs and discuss politics. It was very healthy on both counts.

On this subject, Erdoğan can kiss my hairy arse! I used to be very fond of him, but recent violent treatment of students and other striking members of the public in Turkey by the police, to be topped up with this latest outburst of his, is reminiscent of a badly spoiled child. I think he is fast turning into a megalomaniac and a dictator...

Democracy doesn't give the right for humiliation of anyone. However I do not agrre with kicking ass. But in the mean time these people should have their biskotto from south. There were 8-10 thousand people there for a democratic meeting and unfortunately very small group of people were disgrace for rest of the people there. Very opportunistic approach to use rest of the crowed for their own cause. They should organise their own meeting and we will see how many people appears there. May be teachers union will support. Well they are the most nibbler of our economy but the most unhappy ones. I am 100% behind the economical measures. I do not get offended at all for what Edogan said. I dont see those words aiming at me as a Tcyp. or generally any other Turkish Cypriots. His words have a unique address and the address is very obvious.

What happened about the "insulting Turkishness" law? They wouldn't dare impose it for this!

Zoots, don't get confused, there was nothing about "insulting Turkishness" in the meeting anyway.
