After today's wonderful warm weather and not a cloud in the sky. Are we going to get the same for the rest of the week. Is spring on its was. Or maybe terrible rain like last year.! Are we over the worst ?

oh i do hope we.ve seen the last of the cold weather,getting a bit fed up looking pregnant with a hot water bottle stuffed up in my 3 jumpers and a gas fire blasting away, today was lovely,roll on summer!

Re msg 2 - that did make me laugh, the vision of a "hot water bottle stuffed up in my 3 jumpers". I know, desperate measures! Weather forecasts seem to changee very day but it looks like at least three days of SUN!! I hope they are right.

One part of me wishes that I do hope we have seen the last of the winter weather however I don't envy the thought of water shortages in the summer so I guess a little more rain won't hurt.



Vonny, I can reduce my number of pairs of socks that I am wearing down to 2 if it warms up, these floors are cold even with rugs on them!

Deniz1 msg 6 They do!!! My brother bought me microwavable slippers for Christmas! lovely soft & furry with wheat bags built into the soles - 1 min in the microwave...........heaven! lets hope I don't need them much longer though - I prefer flipflops!

Judging by the clouds at the moment, it looks like rain and strong winds in the next 36 hours. We'll wait and see.
