Air condition remote control required

Can anyone possibly help..I need to source a replacement remote control for a Samsung Air Con Unit..The one I have is a few years old but has corroded do to leaking batteries and is beyond repair..The air con unit itself works perfectly fine whilst used with a working remote control but without it its just an unsightly piece of work on the wall.. Does anyone know of any engineer or dealer that might possibly still have the old remote controls of replaced old or broken air conditioning which they have replaced for new ones.. any help would be appreciated.

Try Tektan who have "Universal" remotes for "all" a/c makes.

Tektan sells them. I bought one in the fall it was 45 TL

Jumbo on the South sells universal air con remotes for 5 Euros.

numbers ...very useful info....will be going over there shortly...hopefully they'll have something suitable in stock....and moneywise there seems to be such a price difference . thanks for the post
