Hi all, have just got back from the Swell Bar, there was 10 of us, wanted somewhere different to eat.

Well what can i say it was fantastic.

We all went for the full kebab.

Full hot & cold meze then the meat came out about about 5 different things.

Left absolutly stuffed.

I would highly recommed going and trying it out.

They are having there offical opening on Saturday night and we will all be there.

Gegis is the guy that runs it, he is very attentative and nothing is too much bother. Thanks for a wonderful afternoon.

See you all there on Saturday.

Top Ten, I may do a couple from the King, but I seem to have this Elvis reputation (I wonder why) actually I sing lots of different tracks, and I do try to do music that the others don,t.

But if you will come, I promise you an Elvis number. or how about a bit of T Rex.,

But tonight I'd like to hear a few of you people sing, Also hopefully lots of Disco, and plenty of dancing.

I agree looseboots, it was a great night, free buffet was good, we have already eaten there and it is well worth it, will be going back again.

For all you people that missed the opening night you must go and have a meal there.

well done gengis

Typical,

A new place opens up and is offering something free and look at all the freeloaders going there!

I hope Cengis well and hope that he is aware that once another place opens all the freebooters will desert!

Remember going to Beach Lagoon as on opening night had a free buffet and place was packed, later its dead!!

Same as a host of other places, so Cengis best of luck and I hope you succeed, but dont rely on the freeloading expats!!

Re Msg 24. Yes Doris44 It was a lovely surprise that the free buffet was there, even Lee did not know. I had starved myself all day to make room for the meze as well.

I will definitely go again and try it next time.

Gengis is always so friendly and welcoming plus Lee doing some Elvis numbers.

Perfect evening and will make it a regular venue, may even pluck courage up to sing next time.

Message 25, That is a pretty strong statement, I do agree with you that normally that is the case, and yes you are right,

But actually Cengis did not advertise free buffet, When I saw it laid out Cengis just said to me , its a suprise Lee for my friends,

I know that several people had gone prepared to buy meals, It was avery nice thought of Cengis to do this, I think he as more experience of freeloaders and scroungers than most people, he as been in the game along long time.

I must say that the crowd there last night where a cracking bunch, The local Richard Craniums did not appear, and it was a good evening.

Nice one Cengis, and I know that I speak for a great many people in wishing you every success.

message 25, sorry you are so negative but we and a few pals have been going there for the last week or so between 5 and 7 every night and we were at the opening and did not know anything about the free buffet, so it was a very big surprise, so most of the people that went did not know about it either, they just went to support Genis, and we all had a great night.

I will see in a couple of weeks how many are there when I drive past, I wish him and every busines well but remember, Freddies, Rivada, Sh Boom,Hillside, Sinatras, all packed when something was for free now............!

In fact Chapter 1 is another casing example, and I am not being negative just realistic, also the Simena when it was doing free buffet along with Karaoke on sunday, Tolgas when doing free buffet with Quiz, yes I am making a point that there are so many expats who will give all the bullshit to poor owners and never reappear!

Thank You , that is really nice of all of you, and thank you for your comments. We have just comeback from there and there where a few people in today.

I feel that gusanova does make a fair point, but I think that Cengis does stand a good chance. We just had the special set menu, meal it really was very good and lots of it, I can normally eat, but it beat me, everything was cooked fresh and homemade and served meze style , Spoke to another couple in there and they also said it was very good.

But if you prefer you can just have it served on one plate (it will need to be big plate) is drinks prices are very good, and he is doing a Happy Hour every day from 4.00 until 7.00.

Hopefully we will be doing some regular entertainment there, and more of it as the weather gets better,

Just pop in and say Hi to him, I am sure he will make you very welcome.

We went to support Gengis, having known him for about 10 years. The welcome was super, he came through the door with the biggest smile and held out his arms to both of us. First thing we asked for was the menu. We didn`t know there was any food laid on and were quite prepared to buy a meal last night. Good luck to him, it might be an uphill struggle but he deserves to succeed.
