Try Memet in the barbers @ Ozankoy opposite the Mosque 5 Tl I've had them done as has my daughter and her friend

They do it at Magic hair salon - next to Mr Pound as well.

yes threading is available at Magic Hair Salon ( next to Mr Pound on the Lapta - Girne road )
