The opposite, less juice than on cooling, assuming not too cold or minus zero outside.

Ok, will try to help, not in the trade but have some engineering knowledge..... Exact costs depends on the ratings of your aircon and if you have the inverter or heat-pump type. The basic principle of a good aircon it to move heat in one direction or the other depending on heating or cooling mode. As the principle is the same in either direction, ie a compressor/evaporator and a couple of fans, unless there is a big difference in the ratings of heat or cooling performance, they should cost about the same.

If you look at the data on this site, there is a worked example, showing about 1% difference in favour of cooling as it has a lower KW rating.
