Because he's a tosser, Blackbird, the strings on the bass are 2 inches apart making the neck about 2ft wide, it's a serious guitar you gotta use your fists if you wanna do some shreading.

googled it...looks a horror.....

The trouble is when you put two strings together that get hit at the same time, it's OK played on it's own (like a 12 string guitar) but put it together with other instruments and the octaves and harmonics just ring and take over so it's difficult to hear anything else. It ends up as a mussy sound......

NN, you don't honestly believe that i was serious saying the neck was 2ft wide, 12 string bass is a load of shite as with the 8 string thats been around for a few years. The 5 string bass is the daddy and is relativly new in the music world and can piss off most pianist for getting way down low on that heavy B string, plus why get a 12 string bass when The octave pedal does exactly the same thing so the trying the new thing theory is just a ridicolous looking guitar.

i remember seeing kings x supporting AC/DC along with a gang of seasoned guitar players and the concencous was that they were the most refreshing new band we'd seen in a decade...



last time we had said something similar was when we first saw Judas Priest....
