Considering taking a long term let to our villa in Ozankoy to Russian tenants, has anyone had any good or bad experiences with letting to Russians?

Appalling that one race/culture is singled out - anyone knows there are good and bad in EVERY race and culture - sweeping generalisations have no place in deciding whether tenants will be good or not - it is down to the moral compass (or not) and disposition of the individual........

Well i have seen some racist posts on here but that has to take the biscuit, why should Russian be any different it is exactly as mark says bad and good in any nationality.



listening to some people talk there seems more bad tenants in Brits.



We will be having next ' Tenants wanted no Gypsies Travelers or Irish' and it wasn't that long ago that you saw that sign in pubs in UK.

In our complex of 16 apts. 4 are Russian owned and none of them have paid one Kurus maintainance since January 2010. Nuff said!!!!

there is an english family in the same little complex as my father in law who have not paid a penny also in maintainance but use and abuse the facilities,its not just russains who do it.
