| A friend needs an office or an empty flat from where he organise charity donations etc... He is of course willing to pay rent, but due to the nature of what he is doing, he is limited on budget. |

| Could you explain a little more about the nature of what your friend does. Maybe then people will feel inclined to offersuitable accommodation. Why can't he work from home? An empty flat would be far bigger than an office. Maybe if you clarified, something suitable could be found. |
