Met a guy who bought an apartment on a little development here five years ago, the usual story, developer hadnt finished it, some people dug there heels in wouldnt pay, most did, got a manager coy. in to work on it, own workers, some owners still moaned and didnt pay, but after 2 years the place was turned round looked good, one non payer sold and moved on but there arrears were held back from sale, the rest are now living in harmony and all paid there arrears (and interest) and they live on a well run and maintained complex, wish it was mine:(

Moral of the story, dont expect miracles in the first year - and you might just make some money on your investment

Did anybody notice the fierce winds last night its back :(

I think it's the "ILL WIND" from Turkey,and it will get stronger!!

Naw this un came via the Larnaca direction, the Siberian one was over a week ago lol
