There is some nice home made pickle that you can purchase from the Carpenter's market. A lady called Maureen, can't remember her surname, sells around four different flavours on her stall.

In addition to msg 3, If you want to really have something special do try Maureen Hutchinson's pickles from The Carpenters Produce market on Friday mornings... Her Fruity Farmhouse is fab... as is her Seriously Spicy pickle.

I would agree with previous posts re; Maureen's pickles - they are wonderful and as already said she does different flavours.



Her marmalade is the best I have tasted here, it is so tangy, wonderful.....



You will find her at the Carpenters Friday Market
