Oh yuk!! the tripe is not for humans!! its for a dogs raw food diet Groucho!! Spider, ox tail is occasionaly for sale at Supreme in Çatalkoy.

Ugh - used to work next door to a "tripe factory" in my youth. Not pleasant to see them hosing yards of the stuff down first thing in the morning, after a late night out.
